Belt Guard

Attach the belt cover to the cabinet stand with the 516"-18 x 212" hex bolt as shown in Figure 18.

Make sure that your machine is unplugged during all assembly pro- cedures! If this warning is ignored, serious per- sonal injury may occur.

Knife Gauge

The knife gauge consists of a steel rod, two adjuster arms and two E-clips.

To assemble the knife gauge:

1.Insert the steel rod through each adjuster arm.

2.Snap the E-clips into the grooves at the ends of the steel rod so your assembly looks like the knife gauge shown in Figure 19.

ASSEMBLY

Control Pedestal

1. Mount the control pedestal to the back of the cabinet stand as shown in Figure 20.

2. Secure the control pedestal with the (4) 516" hex nuts and (4) 516" washers from the hardware bag.
