MOUNTING THE SAW TO THE CABINET

1.From loose parts bag find the following hard- ware:

Truss Head Bolts 1/4-20 x 112

Lockwashers External 1/4

Hex Nuts 1/4-20

2.Place saw on cabinet so that holes in bottom of saw line up with holes in top of cabinet.

3.Install bolts, Iockwashers, and nuts as shown.

Tighten securely using a 7/16-inch wrench or socket. The front two bolts hold the saw, lower wheel cover, and the cabinet together. Install these bolts from the bottom side.

4.After the band saw has been mounted to the cabinet, go back and tighten all the nuts that were previously hand tightened using a 7/16- inch wrench or socket.

2.Place saw on leg set so that holes in bottom of saw line up with holes in top of leg set.

3.Install bolts, Iockwashers, and nuts as shown.

Tighten securely using a 7/16-inch wrench or socket. The front two bolts hold the saw, lower

wheel cover and leg set together. Install these bolts from the bottom side.

4.After the band saw has been mounted to the leg set, go back and tighten all the nuts holding the leg set together.
