SIM

The SIM menu allows you to lock the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card in your Jetpack. The SIM card inside your Jetpack can be locked with a PIN code for additional security. If locked, the PIN code must be entered before the Jetpack can connect to the Internet, whenever you power on your Jetpack. The default PIN is 1111. You can change the PIN code to a different 4 digit value. The SIM menu reflects the following information:

SIM PIN Lock Status – The default setting is Disabled.

Desired Action – You can either Enable/Disable SIM PIN Lock or Change SIM PIN.

Enter Current SIM PIN – The default setting is ‘1111’.

To enable SIM PIN Lock,

1Factory default is SIM PIN Lock disabled. In this status, you can choose only Enable SIM PIN Lock from Desired Action menu.

2Enter Current SIM PIN (default is 1111) in the Enter Current SIM PIN box.

3Click Save Changes button.
