Turn Off wire feeder and welding power source.

2Pressure Roll Assembly

4Pressure Roll

Remove as shown.

Use a wire brush to clean bearing. Reinstall with washers, and tighten screw.

Close pressure roll assembly. Reinstall top cover.

7Drive Roll Bearing

Remove as shown.

Use a wire brush to clean bearing. Reinstall, and tighten screw.

Close pressure roll assembly. Close and latch door.
