UNPACKING

When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Parts List on page 16 are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.

PRODUCT FEATURES

NOTE: Prior to assembling and operating the Belt/Disc Sander, it is important to fa- miliarize yourself with all of the machine’s major components. Failure to do so may result in personal injury and/or damage to the machine and workpiece being sanded. (See Figure B, and refer to the “Operating Instructions” section in this manual.)
