Accessories (Sold Separately)
When choosing different pads and brushes for the Orbiter, there is no exact science to which pad or brush is most suitable on a particular floor. Pads are good for scrubbing and polishing flat surfaces. Brushes work well for getting into recesses in
The pads are color coded depending on how aggressive they are (except for the beige marble pad): White is the softest, followed by red, green, brown and black being the most aggressive. Pads are designed to be porous and
Brushes are also coded with black being the softest followed by the union mix (tan) brush, the orange scrub brush, with the brown grit brush being the most aggressive.
Note: Never store the Orbiter with a pad or brush mounted on it because they can become deformed especially the brushes.

SCRUB PAD (Brown) | 437049 |

FLOOR BRUSHES |
|
SHAMPOO BRUSH (Black bristle) | 237049 |
Use with ORECK DRY SHAMPOO. This brush has specially cut bristles to provide safe, soft action needed for carpet cleaning.
POLISHING BRUSH - UNION MIX (Tan bristles) 237048
This polishing brush can be used to polish wood floors. This brush will “blend” in excess floor wax, maintain an even coat of wax and eliminate wax buildup.
SCRUB BRUSH (Orange bristles) | 237047 |
This brush is used to clean ceramic and concrete and many tough stains.
GRIT BRUSH (Hard green/gray bristles) | 237056 |
This is an extremely aggressive brush used to scour tough stains on concrete and asphalt.
All the floor brushes snap directly onto the Orbiter with no drive pad. Remove the brushes from the machine after use so as not to damage them.
OTHER ACCESSORIES |
|
LAMBS WOOL BONNET | 437054 |
This bonnet is designed to provide the best possible shine on wood, tile and vinyl floors. To install bonnet, place over the DRIVE PAD HOLDER. Pull the drawstrings tight to prevent slipping. Tie a bow and tuck the excess string inside the bonnet. Use the bonnet for everyday buffing to remove scuff marks. When the bonnet becomes dirty, wash with soap and water, wring it out and place it back on the DRIVE PAD HOLDER to dry to its original shape.
WHITE TERRYCLOTH BONNET | 437053 |
This bonnet cleans the traffic lane and spots in the carpet without wetting the entire carpet. When one side of bonnet is dirty, flip it over and use the other side. When bonnet is completely soiled, hose off and air dry.
SAND SCREENS
The very best in floor sanding. For all sand screens, place either DRIVE PAD HOLDER or DRIVE PAD BRUSH on Orbiter. Then place the sand screen under any floor pad on floor and center Orbiter onto the pad. The SAND SCREEN comes in 60 grit (SS12060), 80 grit (SS12080) and 100 grit (SS12100).
