2-1. Duty Cycle

CAUTION

EXCEEDING DUTY CYCLE RATINGS will damage power source and torch.

 

Do not exceed indicated duty cycles.

Duty cycle is how long the torch and power source can operate within a ten minute period without causing overheating or damage. This torch is rated at 60% duty cycle when operated at 10 amperes, allowing cutting 6 minutes out of 10. If the cutting amperes decrease, the duty cycle increases.

WARNING

ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.

Do not touch live electrical parts.

Turn Off power source, and disconnect input power before installing torch.
