SELECTING THE CUTTING BIT

This router comes with 1/4-in. and 1/2-in. co!lets/nuts that accept 1/4 and !/2 inch diameter shanked cutting bits.

WARNING: Do not use router cutting bits that have a cutting bit diame- ter larger than 1-1/4 inches as they will not fit through the sub-base opening, and will cause damage to the sub-base, the muter motor, and could cause serious personal injury to the operator.

To use cutting bits with a larger diameter, use a sub-base with a larger

opening, sold separately at Sears stores or other Craftsman outlets.

ing any adjustments or installing accessories. Failure to unplug the router could result in accidental starting which can cause serious personal injury.
