To view all available channels, Press Guide, then Ch+ or

Ch- and OK.

Adjusting the Volume

NOTE: The volume buttons on the remote control always change the volume of the television speakers. They do not change the volume of any external sound system.

Press the up or down volume button.

To temporarily mute the sound, press the mute button.

Viewing Closed Captions

Your new television enables you to view closed captioning for certain shows and movies received on the television antenna input and cable input.

NOTE: If you have a set-top cable box (STB) or satellite receiver not connected to the television’s antenna input or cable input, you cannot use the television to control closed captioning for this source. You must use whatever options are provided by the cable or satellite equipment.

Press CC on the remote control one or more times to cycle through these options:

• Closed Caption mode On

• Closed Caption mode On mute

• Closed Caption mode Off

Depending on the program, you might be able to customize the content and appearance of the captions.

1.Press Menu. Use the arrow buttons to select the Settings menu and press OK.

2.Use the arrow buttons to select Closed Caption and press OK.
