If you suspect that your HP television needs repair, call HP telephone support. An HP service technician will diagnose the problem and coordinate the repair process. HP support will direct you to the best solution, through either an authorized service provider or an HP facility. Repair covered by the limited warranty is provided at no additional cost during the limited warranty period. After the warranty period, you will be quoted a repair cost.
