Consult the installation instructions packed with the replacement lamp module for any updates to the following.

1.Turn off the television and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes.

2.After the 30 minutes (or more) has elapsed, unplug the power cord to remove AC power from the television.

3.On the back of the television, unscrew the single slotted screw located at the top center edge of the

lamp access cover, then lift and remove the cover.

4.Loosen the screw (1) on the lamp module (the screw does not come completely out), then pull out the module using its handle (2).

5.Insert the new lamp module into the opening, firmly press it into place, and tighten the screw (1) loosened in step 4.

6.Insert the tabs on the lower edge of the lamp cover into the openings in the case. Position the cover and replace the screw removed in step 3.

7.Plug in the power cord and turn on the television. If the lamp does not turn on after the warm-up period, reinstall the lamp module by repeating the steps above.
