Using the HP Inkjet Toolbox

The HP Inkjet Toolbox contains tools to perform the following tasks:

●Print a test page.

●Clean the print cartridges.

●View estimated ink levels in the print cartridges.

●Align the print cartridges.

●Calibrate color.

●Calibrate print quality.

●Configure the auto-on/auto-off feature.

●Find product support on the HP Web site.

●Find information about the print cartridges used with your printer.

●Use the HP Web site to register your printer.

Opening the HP Inkjet Toolbox

1Double-click the Macintosh HD icon on the desktop.

2Double-click Applications, double-click Utilities, and then double-click HP Inkjet Selector.

The HP Printer Selector appears.

3Depending on how the printer is connected to your computer, click Local or Network.

Note If the printer is connected to the computer with a USB cable, click Local.

4Select the printer and then click the Utilities button.
