GAS CONNECTION

The gasinletconnectionis3/8"NPT,madeat thesideofthemaincontrolthroughtheareaat therearofthepedestal.

Test all gas joints from the gas meter to the heaterforleaksusingsoapandwatersolution after completing connection. DO NOT USE AN OPEN FLAME.

GAS PRESSURE CHECK

Theheaterregulatorcontrolstheburnerpressurewhichshouldbecheckedatthepressuretestpointlocatedonthe front of the main control and is accessible through the front of the heater. (see FIGURE 6).

The pressure should be checked with the heater burning and the control set to high (HI).

The pressure regulator is preset and locked to avoid tampering. If the pressure is not as specified in Product Specifications(Page5),contactyourdealerandreplacetheregulator.
