Clearing jams from the duplexer

1Open the duplexer’s rear door.

2Slowly pull any media out of the duplexer.

3Remove the duplexer by lifting it slightly and pulling it out of the product.

4From the rear of the product, remove any media that is on top of Tray 2. (You might need to reach inside the product.)

5Slowly pull any media out of the duplexer.

6Turn the duplexer over and remove any media.
