The system requirements for the CyberLink PowerDVD software are Windows Vista or Windows 7. Refer to the software online Help for current PC system requirements and details about how to use CyberLink PowerDVD Premium 3D.

To view 3D content:

NOTE: The 3D effect works best in a darkened room.

1.Insert the CD or DVD included with the monitor that contains sample content and select the content, or insert a 3D movie (purchased separately) and follow the on-screen instructions.

2.Put on your 3D glasses and adjust the monitor's tilt for optimal viewing. If you can see clearly in 3D, the setup is complete and you can begin viewing 3D content.

WARNING! If you still cannot see 3D content, remove the 3D glasses and stop using 3D technology. Refer to the 3D safety information and consult a physician if you suspect a physical problem seeing 3D.

Using TriDef 3D Ignition Game Player

You can play stereo 3D games on your computer using TriDef® 3D Ignition Game Player. For information on using TriDef® 3D Ignition Game Player, refer to the software Help.

NOTE: 3D games are not included with the monitor and must be purchased separately.

1.Ensure that your HP 2311gt 3D monitor is connected to your PC as the primary monitor during TriDef® 3D Ignition Game Player software installation and power on both components.

NOTE: For proper TriDef® 3D Ignition Game Player software installation, the HP 2311gt 3D monitor must be connected as the primary monitor. You can change your primary monitor after the software has been installed.

2.Install the TriDef® 3D Ignition Game Player software provided on the CD included with the monitor.

3.To access the game player, select Start > TriDef 3D > TriDef 3D Ignition.

4.To add compatible games, click Scan or drag the icon or execution file of a game from the desktop into the TriDef® 3D Ignition window. Alternatively, select Add to add them manually.

5.Put on your 3D glasses and adjust the monitor's tilt for optimal viewing.

The recommended system requirements for the TriDef® 3D Ignition Game Player are:

Intel® Core i5 or AMD Phenom™ II X4 CPU or better

2GB RAM

NVIDIA® GeForce® GTS 450 or AMD Radeon™ HD5750 or better

500MB free disk space

Windows XP (SP3) (32 bit only), Windows Vista (32 bit only) or Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)

DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card

Internet connection

DVD-ROM drive
