Solving Common Problems

The following table lists possible problems, the possible cause of each problem, and the recommended solutions:

Problem

Power button LED is not on.

Make sure that the Power button is on, and the power cord is connected to a grounded

 

power outlet and to the monitor.

 

Select Management in the OSD menu, and then select Bezel Power LED. Check if the

Check if your monitor and computer support HDCP. Refer to High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) on page 12 or www.hp.com/support.

No Audio.

Make sure that the speaker audio cable and USB power cable are connected directly to the

 

computer.

 

NOTE: External speakers are not included with the monitor.
