Securing the dishwasher
oThe dishwasher must be secured to the worktop, this can be done in one of two ways:-
o Standard worktop- Secure the dishwasher to the underside of the worktop by using two wood screws.
oYou should screw through the holes in the brackets at the top of the dishwasher cabinet.
oThese screws should be fully tightened.
oMarble/granite worktop- The material of the worktop will mean that it is impossible to put a screw through the underneath of the worktop.
oOn either side of the front edge of the dishwasher cabinet, there is a rubber stopper. You should remove the rubber stoppers, to reveal a
oSecure the dishwasher to the cupboard either side of it, by screwing a wood screw through the
o The rubber stoppers should then be refitted into their original position.
Before first use
You should check the following before using the appliance for the first time:-
oThat the dishwasher is level and fixed in position. o That the water tap is fully open.
o That there are no leaks at either end of the drain or inlet hoses. o That the inlet and outlet hose are fully tightened.
o That the inlet and outlet hoses are not kinked. o That the power is switched on.
o That the water softener has been filled with 1 litre of water and salt.
o That the rinse aid dispenser has been filled.
