*You cannot select Repeat Rec & Series Rec to ON simultaneously.

REPEAT REC: Select ON/OFF for repeat

recording

ON: When the tape reaches the end during recording, it will automatically rewind to the beginning and the recording will continue.

OFF: When the tape reaches the end during recording, it will automatically rewind to the beginning and it will stop.

• SERIES REC: Series recording is a convenient function for using two or more VCRs. The second unit automatically begins recording when the tape in the first unit reaches its end.

Connect methods Refer to method of series recording connection. (page 37)

1-SHOT REC: Used by selecting 000H on

REC TIME MODE

OFF: Records one frame when the REC button is pressed once.

1MIN: Records one frame on one minute intervals with one press of the REC button.

2MIN: Records one frame on two minute intervals with one press of the REC button.

3MIN: Records one frame on three minute intervals with one press of the REC button.

Selects how many frames per camera to be recorded when connected to a FRAME SWITCHER

(Refer to the owner's manual for detailed information)

V-SYNC

The jitter of picture may happen when connecting a particular

FRAME SWITCHER.

Select ON or OFF for the position unless jitter.

BUZZER

Select the beeper sound on or off (Refer to page 34)

TAPE LENGTH

Select the videocassette length. This information is usually printed on the tape box.

According to the tape length setting, the time mode on the display changes as following.
