RECORDING

Set before Recording

 

Check to make sure of

 

current time

 

• For program recording current time must be

 

correct.

 

• If you have not set the current time yet, refer

 

to the section on setting time and date

 

(Refer to 13 page).

Is the record safety tab on the tape in place?

With the tab in place

• The tape can be recorded over again.

Without the tab in place

• The tape cannot be recorded over unless the tab is replaced by a piece of scotch tape.

Condensation

•If the video is moved from a cool to a warm place suddenly, installed in a humid place or exposed to cold air from an air conditioner, water drops may be generated on the video head due to the abrupt change in temperature.

Using the video in this state may cause a malfunction in this product or the tape.

If the video is moved from a cool to a warm place, plug the power cord in, press the power button and maintain the ON state for 1~2 hours before using.
