EN 5/ DETERGENT PRODUCTS AND SETTING THE WATER SOFTENER

• FOR MULTI-PURPOSE PRODUCTS: OPTION

• Your appliance can be specially set to use multi-purpose if the water hardness is < 25°F.

Advice:

To provide better coverage of the wide range of multi-purpose products available, your dishwasher’s “4-in-1” option has two possible settings, accessible via the “Menu” button.

“Extra Dry” improves the drying results in the event of reduced performance from the “2-in-1”,“3-in-1” or “4-in-1” types of multi-purpose product.

“Sparkling Clean” enables you to prioritise the sparkle of your crockery whatever the type of multi-purpose product used.

• Proceed as follows to adjust the water softener on the control panel:

— Access setting mode by holding down the “Menu” button.

— The screen displays “SEt” to indicate that you are in

Setting mode.

— To use multi-purpose tablets, you must select setting H0

or HI or H2 depending on the water hardness.

To do this, keep on briefly pressing one or other of the

keys until you reach the desired

setting.

• Proceed to set the option, if necessary

(Light unlit) : deactivates the “Multi-purpose products” option. - Extra Dry “4-in-1” light constantly lit.

- Sparkling Clean “4-in-1” light flashing.

— The setting is validated automatically after 10 seconds if the “Menu” button in not pressed again.
