Smart Viewer Administration Menu

Service

This is where to configure whether using this Service or not.

Selecting “Enable” will allow you to use “Alarm Notification” function.

 

 

 

SMTP server

It means Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTF) Server address.

This address is used to transfer E-mails.

Enter the after @ part of the Email Address you use.

 

 

 

Authentication Login

It is recommended to select “Enable.”

 

 

User ID / Password

When using the Authentication Login, enter User ID and User

Password of the sender’s Email Address. They are usually

 

designated at the time the mail service is subscribed.

 

 

Sender (E-mail)

Enter the sender’s Email Address.

Do not use a bogus name because the mail server often check it to

 

block Spam mails.

 

 

E-mail address 1~4

Up to 4 Email Addresses can be registered to receive video data.

 

 

Image Count

Up to 5 images can be sent with a 0.5-second interval each. The

number of image count will be shown.

 

 

 

Assuming the sender’s Email Address is “inyoung.heo@samsung.com,” and the Password is “1234567,” the “Alarm Notification” should be configured as follows.

5.2 Network Configuration

Perform general network configuration. If network configuration is not done properly, you cannot to transfer images via Internet Explorer or configure Netcam on the web. Please ask your network administrator and enter the following setup information correctly. To apply the settings to Netcam, you must click “Apply” button.

Network Configuration

This is the menu to set “Static IP” or “DHCP.”

 

 

PPPoE(ADSL)

This is the menu to set PPPoE (ADSL).

 

 

Network Ports

This is the menu to set “HTTP Port.“

 

 

View Network Status

This is the menu to view current system network status.

 

 

Network Status

This is the menu used to notify the information of IP Address

Notification

that is dynamically allocated, such as DHCP or PPPoE.

 

 

DDNS Configuration

This is the menu used to set DDNS.
