Unblocking the air outlet
If the mop fails to produce steam, the air inlet in the water tank cap may be blocked. To unblock the hole, remove the rubber tip from the metal release pin and insert the pin into the hole in the centre of the water tank cap. This will release the rubber valve inside and allow the air to flow freely.
