Figure 14.2 The glass platform plate can now be removed by removing the 13 screws on the outer edge of this plat- form. Lift the platform. The HSI (Hot Surface Ignitor) and the sensor wire can be unplugged. Set platform aside.

Figure 14.3 Remove the tube burner. It is held in place with one screw. Pull the burner tube away from orifice holder, rotating burner tube slightly, and remove it from the orifice.

Figure 14.4 The fan plate can now be accessed. Remove the four screws. Lift the fan plate, being careful to not cut or scar wiring while disconnecting them from the fan motor.
