1 Listing and Code Approvals

A. Appliance Certification

This fireplace system has been tested and listed in accor- dance with UL 127 standards by Underwriters Laborato- ries Inc. for installation and operation in the United States.

This fireplace may be installed in sleeping rooms EX- CEPT in manufactured homes. If installed with a gas log set, provisions for the National Fuel Gas Code must be met.

This fireplace has been tested and listed for use with the optional components specified in this manual. These op- tional components may be purchased separately and in- stalled at a later date. Installation of an outside air kit will require significant reconstruction and is best if installed at the time of fireplace installation.
