Some recipes require frozen foods to be thawed before cooking.

This oven can be programmed to automatically defrost foods before cooking.

The Def. indicator lights and "800" is displayed.

2.Touch POULTRY pads for the defrosting weight you want.

example) The pad pressed 4 times.

The display will show the defrost weight you pressed in the order you touched.

POWER

3. Touch POWER pad.

The M/W indicator lights and "P-HI " is displayed.

4.Touch POWER pad for the power level you want.

This example shows full power (100%).

5.Touch number pads for the cooking time you want in the first stage.

The display will show the numbers you pressed in the order you touched.

This example shows 5 minutes 30 seconds at full power.
