Residual Heat Function

When a Cooking Duration time is set, the heating elements of the oven will automatically go off a few minutes before the end of the programmed time, and the oven will use the residual heat to finish your dishes without energy consumption. All current settings will be displayed until the Cooking Duration time is over.

This function will not operate when the Cooking Duration time is less than 15 minutes.

"Demo" mode

This mode is intended to be used in the shops to demonstrate the oven functionality with- out any power consumption except the oven lamp. To activate this function the appliance should be off.

1.Press control and at the same time for approximately 2 seconds (Fig. 20). The Electronic Control beeps once.

2.When you touch control to switch on the oven, the message "DEMO" appears on the upper section of the display (Fig. 21). You can then select any cooking function, but the oven will not heat up. The

thermometer symbol will come on

 

, but

 

it will not flash nor rise.

To disable the demo mode:

Press control to switch off the oven, then

press control and at the same time for approximately 2 seconds. The Electronic Control beeps once and the oven is ready to operate.
