Tip: Once the espresso pour starts to lighten in colour you should cut off the pour.

Caring for your Espresso Machine
13.Remove the group handle from the group head (23).
14.Discard the used coffee grinds from the filter basket (24).
Tip: After each use of the espresso machine we recommend that a small amount of water is cycled through the group head as this will wash out any old or used coffee grinds stuck to the underside of the group head. Simply press the 'COFFEE' button and allow some water to run through. Press button again
to stop. We also recommend that a small amount of water is purged through the steam wand after each use.
