OPERATION
•Protective coating burn off might generate some smoke on first use. This is NOT harmful and will disappear after a short time.
•When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp cloth, then dry.
•Install the drip tray on the base, under the heating unit
•Close the appliance and plug into the electrical outlet. The red power light will come on to indicate that the appliance is switched on.
