2Before using, wash lid, food basket, food separator, poaching trays, drip tray, egg cup and removable heating element sleeve in warm soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe down water reservoir with a clean, damp cloth. Be sure to read the CARE AND CLEANING Section of this manual to learn the correct methods for taking the unit apart and cleaning.
