2 bagels pequeños cortado al medio

2 rebanadas de queso Jarlsberg

2 salchichas finos precocidos

2 rebanadas anillos fino de pimiento rojo

2 huevos grandes Instrucciones

1.Precaliente la máquina doble para preparar sándwiches de desayuno hasta que la luz verde PREHEAT (precalentar) se encienda. Levante la tapa, los anillos superior y las placas de cocción.

2.Coloque medio bagel, con el lado cortado hacia arriba, en cada anillo inferior de la máquina doble para preparar sándwiches de desayuno. Por encima coloque el queso, la salchicha y el anillo de pimiento rojo.

3.Baje las placas de cocción y los anillos superiores. Agregue un huevo a cada placa de cocción. Perfore las yemas con un tenedor o escarbadientes.

4.Coloque las otras mitades del bagels, con el lado cortado hacia abajo.

5.Cierre la tapa. Cocine de 4 a 5 minutos. Gire las manijas de las placas de cocción hacia afuera hasta que se detengan. Levante la tapa y los anillos y con cuidado quite el sándwich con una espátula plástica.

3.Baje las placas de cocción y los anillos superiors. Agregue la clara de huevo a cada placa de cocción.
