The line is clogged.

Reconnect hose to the

pump inlet.

Run a cable through the line to clear clogs.

Continue until you can

blow air through it.

Turn pump ON.

Does oil flow?

No

 

There may be a plug in

the oil return line

system.

Yes

Conduct normal filter operations.

Contact your

Factory

Authorized

Servicer.

Disconnect the oil return line running from the pump to the oil return valve. Clean the pipe to remove residual shortening.

Disconnect the oil return line running from the oil return valve to the frypot. Clean the pipe to remove residual shortening.

Reconnect the oil

return lines.

Turn pump ON.

Yes

Conduct normal filter operations.
