Troubleshooting Tips

Save time and money! Review the chart below first and you may not need to call for service.

Water contains tiny

Turn on the filtered water faucet and allow these harmless carbon particles to purge from the cartridge. Turn off the faucet when the water is clear.

Water has air bubbles
