Remove the flue.

Disconnect wires at junction box.

 

7.

Remove the blower from the plate.

 

8.

Replace new blower in reverse order of procedures.

2-11. TRANSFORMER

The transformer reduces the voltage down to accommodate

 

those components with low voltage.

 

1.

Remove electrical power supplied to the unit.

 

 

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the

 

 

POWER switch to OFF and disconnect main circuit

 

 

breaker, or unplug cord at wall receptacle.

 

2.

Remove the control panel.

 

3.

Remove the two (2) screws securing the transformer to the

 

 

unit and remove transformer.

 

4.

Remove the wires from transformer.

 

 

Mark wires before removal to insure new transformer is

 

 

wired correctly.

 

5.

Replace with new transformer in reverse order.
