When contacting the Miele Technical Service Department, please quote the model and serial number of your appliance.
These can be found on the data plate on the upper inside edge of the dishwasher door.
Program update function - PC
The Program Correction (PC) allows a technician to update the dishwasher to make use of new technology.
For example, if a detergent with good wash results using only cold water becomes available, the wash programs can be modified to take advantage of this.
