Settings

The appliance can be set to one of 4 hardness levels:

Level 1 (soft):

0 - 3 gr/gal (0 - 3 °d)

Level 2 (moderate):

4 - 7 gr/gal (4 - 7 °d)

Level 3 (hard):

7 - 15 gr/gal (7 - 14 °d)

Level 4 (very hard):

15 - 22 gr/gal (14 - 21 °d)

^Select "Settings F" from the main menu. Confirm with OK.

^Tap < or > until "Water hardness" is highlighted. Confirm with OK.

^Use < or >" to set the desired water hardness. Confirm with OK.

The water hardness selected is now saved.

Restore factory default settings

This option allows you to reset all saved settings to the factory default.

You can select whether you wish to reset All settings to the factory default (Timer, Steam system, Lighting, System lock, Water hardness, Display, most recent coffee type selected and all standard user profile settings) or to delete the User profile.

^Select "Settings F" from the main menu. Confirm with OK.

^Tap < or > until "Factory default" is highlighted. Confirm with OK.

All settings

If you select "All settings" the factory default settings will all be restored.

^Under "All settings" select the item "Reset". Confirm with OK.

All settings will be returned to the factory default settings.

If you inadvertently select "Reset", turn off the appliance, the settings will not be reset.
