The Econoline Range does not require special recipes. You may wish to use a temperature up to 25°F higher or lower to obtain the particular product results that you prefer.

CONTROLS (Fig. 11)

Thermostat Dial

— Allows operator to regulate oven temperature from low to 500°F.

Open Top Burner Valve Knob — Regulates gas flow to top burners. Flame increases by turning knob counterclockwise, and decreases by turning knob clockwise.

Griddle Burner Valve Knob — Regulates gas flow to griddle burner. Heat increases by turning knob counterclockwise, and decreases by turning knob clockwise.
