TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOMS

POSSIBLE CAUSES

Unit not steaming

Gas supply is off

Turn on gas supply.

 

Power cord is unplugged

Plug in power cord.

 

Power switch is off

Press power switch on.

 

Water supply is off

Turn on water supply.

 

Burner control goes into 100%

Shut off the power, wait 5
