WASH

Shut OFF exhaust fan(s)

Stage 1:

Fill hood tank (hot water)

Stage 2:

Wash primary filters

Detergent pump ON

Spray for 5 minutes

Stage 3:

Wash secondary filters

Detergent pump ON

Spray for 5 minutes

2 minute delay for water settling

Stage 4:

Wash primary filters

Detergent pump OFF

Spray for 5 minutes

Stage 5:

Wash secondary filters

Detergent pump OFF

Spray for 5 minutes

Stage 6:

Drain soapy/dirty water

Normal Fan Operation

RINSE

Stage 7:

Fill hood tank (hot water)

Stage 8: Rinse primary filters Detergent pump OFF

Spray for 5 minutes

Stage 9:
