Fisher & Paykel BI452 manual Shelf positions, Orientation

Shelf positions

Shelf positions are numbered from the top down. The top positions are for grill functions, middle positions for baking and lower positions are suitable for roasting.

The cooking tables throughout this user guide give you suggested shelf positions. However, you may wish to change these to suit yourself. The step- down rack increases flexibility when cooking in the oven by allowing food to be cooked in between the existing shelf positions. It also maximises the useable space in the oven cavity.

CAUTION!

The oven racks/shelves, including the step-down

rack and grill/roast tray, have a 'stop notch'

to prevent their inadvertent withdrawal from

the oven. This diagram illustrates the correct

orientation.

STOP NOTCH

CAUTION!

We do not advise placing aluminium foil or dishes with reflective qualities on the floor of the oven. This will cause a heat build-up which will result in irreversible damage to the enamel.
