GUIDE DE DEPANNAGE

Avant d’appeler un réparateur pour votre four, vérifiez les éléments indiqués dans la liste des problèmes courants et de leurs solutions.

Le four et l’écran d’affichage ne fonctionnent pas.

•Branchez correctement le cordon d’alimentation sur une prise secteur mise à la terre.

•Si la prise est contrôlée par un interrupteur mural, assurez-vous que celui-ci est allumé.

•Débranchez la prise du secteur, attendez dix secondes, puis rebranchez-la.

•Réarmez le disjoncteur ou remplacez tout fusible grillé.

•Branchez un autre appareil sur cette prise ; s’il ne fonctionne pas, contactez un électricien qualifié pour réparer la prise.

•Branchez le four sur une prise différente.

L’écran d’affichage fonctionne, mais le four ne se met pas en marche.

•Assurez-vous que la porte est correctement fermée.

•Vérifiez qu’aucun morceau d’emballage ou d’un autre matériau n’est coincé dans le joint de la porte.

•Vérifiez que la porte n’est pas endommagée.

•Appuyez deux fois sur Cancel (Annuler) et entrez de nouveau les instructions de cuisson.

Le four s’arrête avant que le temps de cuisson soit terminé.

•Si aucune coupure de courant n’a eu lieu, débranchez la prise du secteur, attendez dix secondes, puis rebranchez-la. Si une coupure de courant a eu lieu, l’écran affiche le message:

PLEASE TOUCH CLOCK AND SET TIME OF DAY. (TOUCHEZ L’HORLOGE ET REGLEZ L’HEURE.)

•Réinitialisez l’horloge et entrez vos instructions de cuisson.

•Réarmez le disjoncteur ou remplacez tout fusible grillé.

Les aliments cuisent trop lentement.

•Assurez-vous que le four est branché sur une ligne de 20 ampères.

L’utilisation d’un autre appareil sur le même circuit peut entraîner une chute de potentiel. Si nécessaire, utilisez un circuit dédié pour le four.

Des étincelles ou des arcs électriques apparaissent.

•Retirez du four tout ustensile, plat ou toute attache métallique. Si vous utilisez du papier aluminium, servez-vous uniquement de fines bandelettes et laissez un espace d’au moins 3 cm entre le papier et les parois intérieures du four.

Le plateau tournant fait du bruit ou est collé.

•Nettoyez le plateau, l’anneau du guidage et la paroi inférieure du four.

•Assurez-vous que le plateau tournant et l’anneau de guidage sont correctement mis en place.

L’utilisation de votre four à micro-ondes entraîne des interférences avec un téléviseur ou une radio.

•Il s’agit du même type d’interférences que celles produites par d’autres petits appareils ménagers, tels qu’un sèche-cheveux. Déplacez votre four à micro-ondes afin de l’éloigner des autres appareils électriques (téléviseur ou radio).

Remarque:

Si le four est réglé pour un temps de cuisson supérieur à 25 minutes, il se règlera de lui-même sur une puissance à 70 pour cent après 25 minutes afin de ne pas trop cuire les aliments.
