Burner Grates

The range consists of three separate professional-style grates. For maximum stability, these grates should only be used when in their proper position. The two side grates can be interchanged from left to right and front to back. The center grate can be interchanged from front to back.

NOTE

Do not operate a burner for an extended period of time without cookware on the grate. The finish on the grate may chip with- out cookware to absorb the heat.

Cleaning the Burner Grates

yy Do not lift the grates out until they have cooled.

yy Grates should be washed regularly and after spillovers. yy Wash the grates in hot, soapy water and rinse with

clean water.

yy The grates are dishwasher safe.

yy After cleaning the grates, let them dry completely and securely position them over the burners.

CAUTION

DO NOT put the grate in the oven during self clean- ing mode.
