3.2 Description of controls

FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB

Selects the desired cooking functions. The symbols are shown below. By turning the knob, the various function symbols light up simultaneously with the timer and internal oven lights.

THERMOSTAT KNOB

The cooking temperature is set by turning the knob clockwise to the desired temperature, between 120°F and 500°F. The thermostat light comes on to indicate that the oven in warming up.

When this light goes out it means that the desired heating temperature has been reached.

The light will come on periodically during use to indicate that the thermostat is keeping the oven set at a constant temperature.
