Instructions for the User

THERMOSTAT KNOB

The cooking temperature is selected by turning the knob clockwise to the value required, between 50° and 250°C. In the model with glass front panel, the maximum temperature is 260°C.

FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB

Turn the knob either way to select one of the following functions:
