Cooking with the Temperature Probe

When Cook 2 ends, “End”will show on me Dlsplay and 4 beeps will sound. (You can stop the beeplng by opening the door or by touching CANCEL.) “End”will remain on the Dlsplay and a remlnder tone will sound every 60 sec- onds (to remind you that food Is left In me oven] until the door Is opened or CANCEL Istouched. The Dlsplay will then show me tlme of day

Hints tar cooklng wtlh more than one cycle

You can progmm the cooklng cycles In any order. However, when the mlcrowave oven Is started, lt will automatically go through the cycles In the order of the examples described In thls book. For example, If you program COOK 1,KEEPWARM and QUICK DEFROST,the mlcrowave oven will automaftcally follow fhls sequence: QUICK DEFROST+ (STANDING TIME) --) COOK 1

+ KEEPWARM.

NOTE: The mlcrowave oven will automatically provlde standlng time between QUICK DEFROST and COOK 1.(See page 16.)

If you want me oven to stop between cycles so that you can check food, add lngredlents or addltlonal foad Items, stlr,tum over, etc., you can program PAUSEbetween each Cook cycle.

Touch the Cook cycle you wlsh to change or add (COOK 1or 2). Touch Number Pads for new time, If deslred.

Touch CCCK POWER,If change Is deslred.

Touch Number Pad for new Cook Power, or touch COOK POWERagaln If a HIGH Cook Power Is desired.

Touch In new cycle and time, if desired.

Cooking with the Temperature Probe

The Temperature Probe helps take guesswork out of cooking roasts and larger cas- seroles. The probe Is deslgned to turn off me oven when it senses the temperature YOUchose. See vour MICRO MENUS@Cookbook for helpful lnformatlon In cooking different types of food.

DO THIS...

1. Insert at leastY of me Temperature Probe Into me food. (See page 21.)

2. Place food in me oven and plug the probe into the socket on the oven wall.

3.Make sure lhe probe does not touch any part at me oven Intetlor. Close the door.
