Defrosting with microwave energy

Your microwave oven automatically defrosts a variety of common meats at preset cook powers for preset times. The defrost cycle is programmed for meat, poultry, and fish. All you do is touch the Command Pad assigned to the desired category and enter the weight of the items being defrosted. Your micro- wave oven does the rest.

NOTES:

lSee the “Defrost chart” on page 37 for defrosting directions for each food.

l DEFROST can only defrost up to 9.9 Ibs of any food.
