-hazardous dust

-hot materials (burning cigarettes, hot ash, etc.)

-flammable, explosive, aggressive liquids (e.g. petrol, solvents, acids, alkalis, etc.)

-flammable, explosive dust (e.g. magnesium or alu- minium dust, etc.)

This vaccum meets the EPA lead related Renovations, Repair and Painting rule for HEPA vaccums only if the HEPA main filters are installed. HEPA filters captures 99,97% of all particles greater or equal to 0,3 microns. For additional uses, please refer to applicable regulations and consult your local Makita sales representative.

Do not use to vacuum flammable liquids, alcohol, gasses or explosive dusts, like gasoline or other fuels, lighter fluid, varnish, polyurethane coatings, cleaners, oil-based paints, natural gas, hydrogen, coal dust, magnesium dust, grain dust, or gun powder. Electric motors create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
