STORAGEINSTRUCTIONS
Enginesto be stored over 30 days should be completely drained of fuel to prevent gum deposits forming on essentialcarburetorparts,f uel f ilterand tank .
The use ol a fuel additive,such as STA - BlL,or an equiva - lent, will minimize the formation of fuel gum deposits during storage .Such an additive may be added to the gasolinein the fuel tank of the engine,or to the gasoline in a storagecontainer .
a . All fuelshouldbe removedfrom thetank .Runtheengine until it stoosfrom lack of fuel .The smallamountof fuel that remainsin the sumo ol the tank shouldbe removed by absorbingit with a clean,dry cloth .
b . While engine is still warm, drain oil from crankcase . Refillwith fresh oil .
c . Removesparkplug,pour one ounce (29 . 6cc) of engine oil into cylinder and crank slowly to distribute oil . Replacespark plug
d . Clean dirt and chaff from cylinder,cylinderhead fins, blower housing,rotatingscreenand mufflerareas .
e . Storein a cleanand dry area .
