11.Slide the wheel and hub on the hex shaft with the friction wheel closest to the sliding bracket. Install the locknut, holding the hex shaft with an open- end wrench (Figure 104).

12.If the receiver cam has been removed, install it now.

13.Insert the pivot shaft through the cam receiver then the washer, double gear, another washer, then through the other end of the sliding bracket (Figure 105).

14.Line up the gears using the holes in the pivot shaft. The longer end of the shaft must be on the side with the friction wheel. Secure with two roll pins (Figure 106).

15.Connect spring to hole in front of pivot assembly (Figure 107).

16.Assemble the gear quadrant and the mounting bracket. (Figure 108).
