Install the Rough Plumbing (cont.)

NOTE: To meet ADA requirements, install the piping as recommended in the roughing-in illustration. For baths with wall surrounds, ensure that the planned valve location will not interfere with the plumbing end wall structure.

Install the water supply pipes according to the faucet manufacturer’s instructions. Cap the supplies and check for leaks.

Strap the supply lines to the stud framing.

Install the shower valving according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not install the trim at this time.

REMARQUE: Prévoir un accès à toutes les connexions de la plomberie pour faciliter tout entretien futur. Inclure un accès à l’arrière du mur de plomberie là où c’est possible.

REMARQUE: La dimension illustrée du coude de douche est une hauteur recommandée.

REMARQUE: Le mur d’extrémité de plomberie ne peut pas être installé avec le tuyau du bec en place. L’utilisation d’un raccord en coude est recommandée. Une fois le mur d’extrémité de plomberie installé, le tuyau du bec peut être vissé ou soudé dans le coude. Choisir un raccord en coude approprié pour l’application basé sur les besoins d’accès. REMARQUE: Pour être conforme à l’ADA, installer la tuyauterie tel que recommandé dans l’illustration de raccordement. Pour des baignoires avec murs avoisinants, s’assurer que l’emplacement de la valve considérée n’interférera pas avec la structure du mur d’extrémité de plomberie.

Installer les tubes d’alimentation d’eau conformément aux instructions du fabricant. Boucher les alimentations et vérifier s’il y a des fuites.

Attacher les lignes d’alimentations au cadrage du montant.

Installer la robinetterie de la douche conformément aux instructions du fabricant. Ne pas installer la bague à ce moment.

Instale las tuberías de plomería

NOTA: Provea el acceso a todas las conexiones de plomería para facilitar el mantenimiento futuro. Provea acceso en la parte posterior de la pared que lleva las conexiones de plomería, siempre que sea posible.

NOTA: La dimensión que se muestra para el codo de ducha es una altura recomendada.

NOTA: La pared lateral que lleva la plomería no se puede instalar sin antes tener el tubo del surtidor en su lugar. Se recomienda el uso de un adaptador de codo. Una vez instalada la pared lateral que lleva la plomería, el tubo del surtidor se puede roscar o soldar en el codo. Elija el adaptador de codo adecuado para su aplicación en base a sus necesidades de acceso. Consulte la ilustración.

NOTA: Para cumplir con los requisitos de la ADA, instale las tuberías según se recomienda en el diagrama de instalación. Para bañeras con paredes circundantes, asegúrese de que el lugar previsto para la válvula no interfiera con la estructura de la pared lateral que incluye las conexiones de plomería.

Instale los tubos de suministro de agua según las instrucciones del fabricante de la grifería. Tape los suministros y verifique que no haya fugas.
