b.Neverfill containersinsideavehicleor ona truckor trailerbedwitha plasticliner.Always placecontainerson the groundawayfrom yourvehiclebeforefilling.

c.Whenpractical,removegas-powered equipmentfromthe truckor trailerand refuelit onthe ground.Ifthis isnotpossible,then refuelsuchequipmenton a trailerwitha portablecontainer,ratherthan froma gasoline dispensernozzle.
